General area

The property is in an elevated position just outside the village of Kato Gatzea, approximately 17 km from the university town of Volos, reputed to be one of the most beautiful cities in Greece. Kato Gatzea has a school, a good range of shops and restaurants, and a regular bus service to Volos. Moorings are available at the nearby marina.
