Spacious detached house on the eastern side of Ciovo island, near Slatine, just 60 m form the closest beach. 

It consists of 3 floors with a spacious plot. On the ground floor are 2 separated apartments, which were renovated this year. One apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room, while the other consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Both apartments have the same size and are furnished with quality furniture. 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open living room area and kitchen, also with a spacious balcony that has a nice view of the sea and surrounding area.

The whole floor is very spacious, but it would require an update to maximize its potential. It has its own entrance. 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open space living room area and kitchen, and also with a spacious balcony with an even better sea view. This floor is in better shape because it is being rented for tourists during summer season. 

On the front side of the house is an iron gate which leads to a parking plot for 6 cars. It is spacious enough to place a swimming pool as well. 

On the side of the house is another gate leading directly to one of the apartments and has room for at least one car. This house is in good condition but would need an update and even some remodeling to use the space it offers. 

The nearest beach is only a few steeps from the house while the center with its amenities is 10 min away.
