We are happy to offer this nicely furnished apartment, completely renovated in 2015.

It is situated on the north side of Ciovo island, not far from the new bridge which connects the mainland with the island. Near by are all the necessary amenities like restaurants and shops. Nice pebble beach is only a 100 m away, with a pier for a boat taxi to Trogir and Split. This apartment is located on the ground floor and has a total of 85 sqm including the balcony.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dinning room area. Everything in the apartments is brand new and of high quality and the furniture is included in the price. Both bathrooms and kitchen have floor heating installed.

Also, the apartment has 3 inverter air conditioners, meaning that the temperature can be adjusted in all rooms. For heating, it is also possible to use a built-in fire place, coated with natural stone, that can heat up the whole apartment.

 Kitchen was custom made, all appliances are completely new, but the feature is a marble counter, perfect for evening relaxing with a glass of wine. Although the apartment is located on the ground floor, it does have a pretty nice view of the sea and surrounding area.

In the basement is a storage unit of approximately 3sqm that belongs to the apartment. In front of the building is free parking for all tenants but no parking space is allocated. Apartment is ready to move in and no further investment is needed.

There is a possibility to rent the apartment for tourists since it has a tourist license. 

Trogir is only 2 km away while the international airport is only 15 min by car.
