A wooden staircase leads to the attic and a concrete staircase via a door to the cellar. In the living room there is a tiled stove which can be heated by a fireplace located in the adjacent kitchen. The access to the heating with oil storage (4 tanks a 1.500 = 6.000 litres) and a storeroom/laundry room in front of it can only be reached via a separate side entrance door.

Residential house upper floor:
From the gallery one gets into the bedroom, the bathroom with shower as well as another living room. In this living room a tiled mirror is already present, on which a fire-place stove can be set up. A chimney draught is present. A storeroom as well as two further rooms complete the upper floor.

The top floor is not developable and only in some places accessible. The house has a partial cellar (under the living room) in which the house connections are. The floors are either covered with laminate or tiles. Walls and ceilings are provided with rough plaster or covered with wood. On the property there is a 6,000 litre underground tank for storing rainwater. The outbuilding is connected to the heat and water supply and can also be converted and expanded for residential purposes. The electrical system including power supply is new. The building is completely insulated. On the ground floor there is a large room, which was previously used as a workshop, as well as an office and a storage room. There is also a stove with chimney connection in the workshop. The roof was covered and three skylights were installed. The upper floor can be removed if necessary, a stairwell is in the Ground floor ceiling already available, but no stairs to the upper floor.

An agent's commission in the amount of 5.95 % of the purchase price incl. legally applicable VAT of 19% is due upon conclusion of a notarised purchase agreement.
