The Ground Floor:

Consists of an open plan kitchen and living room, a toilet, a bedroom and 2 balconies. 

The kitchen is kitted out ready to move in  The washing machine is located on the middle floor outside the bathroom.

The living room consists of an air-con unit, a 3 to 4-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, 1-seater chair and leads onto a balcony.

The bedroom consists of an air con unit, 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet in between them, a double sized wardrobe.  Outside is a balcony which is shared by the kitchen.  The toilet also has a wash basin and mirror inside.

The Middle Floor:

Consists of the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, 2 more double sized bedrooms, another bathroom and a washing machine.

The master bedroom consists of an air con unit, an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin, vanity unit and toilet, a king sized bed, Leads outside to an exclusive balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms are both doubles and are furnished and lead outside to a shared balcony.  

The other bathroom consists of a bath, a shower over the bath, a toilet, a wash basin and a vanity unit.  There's also a wall mounted boiler for all the hot water in the villa.

The Top Floor:

Consists of another bedroom, an en-suite toilet and 2 large sun terraces.

The bedroom is furnished

The sun terraces span the full width of the villa and has mountain views
