Nice house based at the end of a nice village, Ruse, Bulgaria

The village is located between the hills, at 45 km form Ruse and is part of Nature park "Rusenski lom".
At the end of the village, the river Cherni lom is passing by and the area is surrounded with artificial lakes for fishing.

The house is located almost at the end of the village and is build on the corner. All the land around is fenced. The property is with privacy. The garden is with size of 1.755 sq.m., regulated.

The main house is from 3 bedrooms, corridor and a cellar. Under the main house there is a basement with the size of 2 of the rooms upstairs.
Attach to the house there is a summer kitchen which has 2 rooms and bathroom. There is also a farm building attached to the summer kitchen.
In general the house is in good condition. The garden is flat, like at the bottom of the garden there is a double gates for a car parking or for a tractor to get in to the garden.

The shop is just few hundred meters away from the house.
