Work has just finished on a new town square with an impressive commercial & residential development, The Imperial well under way. Once completed, this will be followed by the construction of an improved town centre (Santa Maria Beach).

There are several beach front penthouses which are sure to be in demand as they will have some of the best views on the island, across the pier, the beaches and Santa Maria.
